"When I first started modeling, people would always tell me I should have a nice purse to go to castings. But then where would I have put my textbooks?"

Jessica, a native of Costa Rica, has a psychology degree from Hunter College in New York City. As a student she worked in labs researching Sudden Infant Death Syndrome and newborns' perception of pain.
